  About a month ago, I stopped here to ask for help with my out of order phone. I waited 20 minutes while the male attendant had a mostly casual conversation w/a couple, although part of what he said was bonafide customer service. Then, the same male finally asked if he could help me. He asked me to enter my password and hand him my phone. He said he rebooted it and to let him know if it acted better. Then he returned to serve the same couple and their dialog remained part casual. Ten minutes later, he found a moment to ask me about my phone again. I told him it was completely unchanged. I then told him I was on bicycle. He said I needed to cross the Mississippi and head for a Sprint store on JD Expressway, some miles away. I left politely but fairly disgusted with his indifferent attention. The following day, a coworker told me about a Sprint store on the Iowa side that was far closer. I went there, to Elmore Ave, and the staff were helpful. I hope to never have to go to the Duck Creek store again. If I could pick no stars, this report would be more complete. Thank you.
